Important update about your Metrobank Checking Account statements

Starting August 1, 2024, Metrobank will transition to electronic Statements of Account (eSOA). Paper statements will no longer be available.

How to access your eSOA:

• **Metrobank Online users**: Sign in to view your statements.
• **New users**: Sign up to Metrobank Online using your branch-registered email and mobile number at: https://onlinebanking.metrobank.com.ph/signup

You can also access your eSOA on our website, under Self-Service, using your Metrobank Online login credentials.
