How to join the Meeting – ASM 2022

PRE-REGISTRATION

Verified stockholders will receive registration instructions from ASMregistration@metrobank.com.ph

An electronic invitation with the complete guide on how to join the Meeting, as shown below, will be sent to your registered email address. Here you will be asked to click a link, which will lead you to the Webex registration page. As in any streaming platform, only your name and email address will be asked. You are not required to give any other personal information.

Registration

1. Click the Registration link in the email sent by ASMregistration@metrobank.com.ph.
2. In the Webex registration page, click Register.
3. Fill out your name and email address then press Submit. Please note that you will not be required to give any personal information.
4. You will then get an email from messenger@webex.com acknowledging receipt of your registration. Please wait to be approved by the organizer.
5. Once your registration is approved, a second email from messenger@webex.com will be sent to you with your assigned Registration ID No. This Registration ID No. is unique to you and can only be used once.

How to Join the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting

1. Open the second email you received from messenger@webex.com, either you click Join Event or open the attached e-vite with the “ics” file extension.
2. Once you are in the event landing page, click Join Now. DO NOT click Join via Browser because this will not support audio & visual presentations.
3. Finally, make sure to allow Webex to use your audio and video connection.

If you do not have a Webex yet, here are ways to install:

• If you are using a laptop or desktop, click here to download the Cisco Webex.
• If you are using a tablet or mobile device, download the Webex Meetings on Google Play or App Store.
