Lost your phone? Protect your money and identity

Your phone holds your personal information, banking apps, and e-wallets. If it ends up in the wrong hands, you’re at risk of theft and identity fraud.

SECURE YOUR PHONE TO KEEP YOUR MONEY AND IDENTITY SAFE:

Add extra security.
Activate your Face ID or passcode to unlock your phone, and use 2-factor authentication on your apps.

Protect your personal information.
Don’t keep a list of passwords on your phone, and don’t save your login credentials on your apps and browsers.

Prevent theft.
Enable the "Lost Phone" or "Lock" feature so you can disable your device remotely if you lose it.

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PHONE IS LOST OR STOLEN:

✅ Call your bank to deactivate your online banking account.
✅ Lock your phone remotely through the “Find Devices” or “Device Manager” feature.
✅ Ask your telco to block your number so it doesn’t receive OTPs.
✅ Change the passwords to your apps, emails, and social media.
✅ Monitor your account activity and report unusual transactions to your bank.
