How to redeem Metrobank credit card points

1. Rewards may be redeemed through MIA (Metrobank Interactive Assistant) at m.me/MiaOfMetrobankCard or through the Metrobank contact center at (02) 88-700-700.

2. Processing of redemption varies depending on the rewards item:

   • Annual Fee Waiver - 3 to 5 banking days and will reflect on the next statement date
   • Cash Credit - 3 to 5 banking days and will reflect on the next statement date
     
   • Donation - 3 to 5 banking days upon request
     
   • eVoucher - 1 banking day upon request
   • Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - 7 banking days upon request
     
   • Philippine Airlines Mabuhay Miles - 1 banking day upon request
     
   • Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Miles - 7 banking days upon request
     

How to redeem eVoucher rewards

1. An SMS that contains a 10-character redemption key will be sent to your mobile number registered on Metrobank’s records through Metrobank’s third-party service provider.

2. To access the eVoucher, visit giftaway.ph/open/mcc and enter the 10-character redemption key provided in the SMS you received.

3. The eVoucher can be used at any of the branches indicated in the Merchant Branch Directory.

How to redeem air miles

Fly to new destinations with your Metrobank rewards.

1. The cardholder must be enrolled in the relevant Air Miles program to qualify for Rewards Points conversion.

2. Upon redemption of Air Miles, the following information must be provided:

   • Air Miles membership number
   • Cardholder name as registered in Airline Miles membership (Last Name, First Name Suffix, Middle Name).

   *No special characters are allowed.

3. Air miles will be credited to your frequent flyer membership account from date of redemption:

   • Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - 7 banking days upon request
     
   • Philippine Airlines Mabuhay Miles - 1 banking day upon request
     
   • Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Miles - 7 banking days upon request
     

   Login to your frequent flyer membership account to check if the airmiles have been successfully credited.

How to redeem waiver of annual fee

1. The cardholder must provide the following information:

   • Cardholder number
   • Item code

2. The annual fee waiver will only be credited after it has been charged to the cardholder’s account.

3. Waiving of the annual fee will be processed within 3 to 5 banking days from receipt of the request.

How to redeem cash credits or rebates

1. Confirm that the conversion rates are to your satisfaction.

2. Request that the points be converted to cash credits or rebates.

3. The cash credits or rebates will reflect on your next statement date.

How can I check my available rewards points?

You may check your Rewards Points on your monthly Statement of Account, by messaging MIA of Metrobank Card, or by calling the Metrobank Contact Center at (02) 88-700-700.

How long does it take for rewards to be processed after redemption?

• Annual Fee Waiver - 3 to 5 banking days and will reflect on the next statement date
• Cash Credit - 3 to 5 banking days and will reflect on the next statement date
• Donation - 3 to 5 banking days upon request

Can a request for redemption be revoked or canceled by the Cardholder?

Once the redemption request has been accepted by Metrobank, the request cannot be revoked or cancelled.

What if I have a complaint about the eVoucher I received from Metrobank?

Any complaints on redeemed vouchers must be raised within 3 banking days from the date of acceptance.

Is the Rewards eVoucher for one-time use only?

Yes. No cash change will be given if the eVoucher is not used up.

Can I use multiple Rewards eVouchers per transaction?

Yes, multiple Rewards eVouchers may be used per transaction.

Do Rewards points have expiry dates?

All Rewards points have no expiry, but are purged once the account becomes delinquent.
