Update your company information with Metrobank soon

Your organization is requested to update its company information on record with Metrobank. Keeping your contact details up-to-date ensures that we can continue to process your transactions efficiently and keep you updated on important announcements and advisories.

To get started, please contact your Relationship Manager or visit your branch of account.

You will be asked to fill out your customer information form with your organization’s latest company details, including your official email address and mobile number.

This update is in line with a Securities and Exchange Commission requirement for companies registered with the agency to update their general information n sheet (GIS) with an official email address and mobile number on or before February 23, 2021. You can read more about the mandate here.
