ASM 2021 - How to Register

  1. Registration starts on April 6, 2021.
  2. To register, go to the AGM@Convene Platform.
  3. Once inside the registration platform, you will be required to submit the following:

For Certificated Stockholders

      (a) Individual Stockholders

  • A scanned copy of the Stockholder’s valid government-issued ID showing photo, signature and personal details, preferably with residential address. File should not exceed 12MB (in any of these formats: jpg/ png/ GIF/ TIF/PDF).

      (b) Corporate Stockholders

  • A secretary’s certificate attesting to the authority of the representative to participate by remote communication for, and on behalf of the Corporation. File should not exceed 12MB (in any of these formats: JPG/ png/ GiF/ Tiff).

  • A scanned copy of the valid government-issued ID of Stockholder’s representative showing photo, signature and personal details, preferably with residential address. File should not exceed 12MB (in any of these formats: jpg/ png/ GIF/ TIF/PDF).

      (c) For Joint Accounts

  • For Joint “and” accounts

      o A scanned copy of an authorization letter signed by all Stockholders on who among them is authorized to cast the vote for the account. File should not exceed 12MB (in any of these formats: JPG/ png/ GiF/ Tiff).

  • For Joint “or” accounts

      o A scanned copy of the Stockholder’s valid government-issued ID showing photo, signature and personal details, preferably with residential address.File should not exceed 12MB (in any of these formats: jpg/ png/ GIF/ TIF/PDF).

For Stockholders under PCD Participant/Brokers account or “Scripless Shares”

  • A broker certification on the Stockholder’s number of shareholdings (in JPG format). File should not exceed 12MB (in any of these formats: jpg/ png/ GIF/ TIF/PDF).

  • A scanned copy of the Stockholder’s valid government-issued ID showing photo, signature and personal details, preferably with residential address. File should not exceed 12MB (in any of these formats: jpg/ png/ GIF/ TIF/PDF).

  1. To complete you registration, you will be asked take a final step to verify your email address before you can create your account.
  2. Once email addressed is verified, you can now create your account and use the platform.
