ASM 2020 - How to View

Stockholders will receive the ASM Electronic Invite. Once they receive this, they will be able to register for 2020 Metrobank Annual Stockholders’ Meeting via Webex Events.

How to Register

1. Click the Registration link in the email sent to your registered email address.
2. In the Webex registration page, click Register which is in line with Event Status.
3. Fill out your name and email address then press Submit.
4. You will then get an email from messenger@webex.com acknowledging receipt of your registration.
5. A second email from messenger@webex.com will be sent to you as an approval of your registration together with your assigned Registration ID No. This Registration ID No. is unique to you and can only be used once.

If you are using a laptop or desktop, you may download Webex using the following Browsers:

• Click here to download on Google Chrome.
• Click here to download on Firefox.

If you are using tablet or mobile device, download Cisco Meeting App on Apple Store or Google Play

How to Join

1. From the registration approval email, either you click Join Event or open the attached file with the browser icon.
2. Once you are in the event landing page, click Join Now. DO NOT click join via Browser.
3. Allow Webex to use your audio and video connection.
