I. PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promo is exclusive to Metrobank account holders
  2. Metrobank account holders will be entitled to (1) e-Raffle entry for every PHP 100.00 worth of Smart or TNT load successfully purchased via Metrobank Online, Metrobank Mobile App, and/or Metrobank ATMs during the promo period.

  1. Metrobank account holders who purchase any Smart or TNT load products from December 18, 2020 to March 15, 2021 (11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time) will automatically be qualified to join the draw.
  2. The account holder authorizes Metrobank to give necessary information to its promo partner (Smart Communications Inc) and governmental authorities (DTI) to perform and complete the announcement and claiming process.
  3. Previous raffle entries will no longer be included in succeeding raffle draws (example: raffle entries from December 18, 2020-January 15, 2021 will only be included in the raffle draw on January 27, 2021. Furthermore, said raffle entries from December 18, 2020-January 15, 2021 will no longer be included in the February 25, 2021 and March 25, 2021 draws). A winner can only win once during the whole promo duration.

II. RAFFLE DRAW

  1. Winner will be randomly selected through an electronic raffle draw via random.org
  2. Draw dates will be on January 27, 2021, February 25, 2021, and March 25, 2021 at 5:00 pm in the Metrobank Head Office in Makati City Philippines.
  3. The raffle draw will be conducted with the supervision of a representative from the Department of Trade & Industry (DTI).
  4. Names of the winners will be posted on the Metrobank website.

III. CLAIMING OF PRIZES

  1. Metrobank will be responsible for notifying the winners via email and SMS on instructions on how to claim the prize as specifically stated in III.3 and III.4.
  2. Metrobank will be contacting the winner using the mobile number and email address linked to their bank account within fourteen (14) days after the raffle draw date with the data consent form and the details on how to claim the prize as specifically stated in III.3 and III.4.
  3. Smart Communications Inc. through their 3rd party accredited logistics agency, will be coordinating and facilitating the delivery to the winner’s chosen address, subject to delivery lead times and quarantine/lockdown protocols for affected areas as well as any national and local government protocol requirements or considerations. Any delivery date commitment is approximate and is not guaranteed. The delivery fee will be shouldered by Smart Communications Inc.
  4. Winners will need to present to Smart Communications, Inc. one (1) valid government-issued ID and the notification from Metrobank informing the client they won as proof upon claiming of prize.
  5. Any applicable tax on the prize will be care of Smart Communications Inc.

IV. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company and Smart Communications, Inc. employees and relatives up to 3rd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the raffle.
  2. Prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
  3. Winners will not be able to choose the color of the Samsung phone raffle prize.
  4. Winners must allow Metrobank to use his/her name in the announcement in the Metrobank website.
  5. The promo is subject to the terms and conditions of Metrobank and Smart. In case of dispute, the decision of Metrobank and Smart shall be final, with consent from DTI.
  6. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
  7. Metrobank is not an agent of Smart and makes no representation as to the quality of the services and products provided. All feedback regarding quality of services and prizes provided should be directed to Smart.

V. CUSTOMER SUPPORT
