  2. Enjoy 20% OFF on Room Accommodations at Palm Beach Resort Laiya using your Metrobank Card. The discount applies to "Room Accommodations" only and does not include the requisite full-board meals which is required for overnight guests. Full-board meals are priced at PHP 2,200 per pax, per day and must be purchased to avail of the promo. It includes afternoon snack, dinner, breakfast & lunch with bottomless juice and Batangas brewed coffee. Kids 0-6 years are free; one child for every adult.

  7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, Senior Citizens can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.

  7. Room rates are inclusive of daily set breakfast and set dinner for two (2), roundtrip boat transfers (Mainland to Sumilon Island and vice versa), service charge and prevailing government taxes.

  8. Standard allowable occupancies per room category applies.

    a. Deluxe Room – up to four (4) pax only.

    b. Premier Deluxe - up to four (4) pax only.

    c. One Bedroom Villa - up to two (2) pax only.

  12. Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified card for this Promo.

  13. Cardholders must be present during check-in and required to present the card used in booking and a valid governmentissued ID. The Cardholder and guest name should be the same.

  14. If in any case cardholder fails to present the actual card upon check-in, the promo or discount will not apply, and cardholder will be asked to pay the applicable rate without the discount.

  15. Change of stay dates can be done at least seven (7) days prior to check-in date, provided the new stay date is still within the Stay Period. If new stay date is outside of the Stay Period or if change in stay date is done outside of booking period, the foregoing offer will no longer apply.

  16. Cancellation policy applies.

    • Cancellations made fourteen (14) days before check-in date will be charged one (1) night room cancellation fee.

    • Cancellations made seven (7) days prior check-in date will be charged full cancellation fee for the entire duration equivalent to the number of rooms booked.

    • For domestic booking, cancellation due to force majeure is subject to a free one-time rebooking. Cardholder can rebook their stay after the cancellation within six (6) months after the original dates was cancelled.

  17. Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promotion.

  18. All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.
