The Promotion is applicable only to cardholders in good standing of Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, ON Internet Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa and Travel Platinum Visa. The Promotion is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, Prepaid cards and YAZZ Prepaid Visa.

The promo period is from January 10 to February 28, 2023 only.

Cardholders who shop at SM Store for a minimum single-receipt 0% installment purchase of PHP 15,000 will get a FREE PHP 500 Brownies Unlimited eGC.

Only 0% interest installment purchases and Shop Now, Pay Later (SNPL) up to 90 days are qualified for the promo.

Promo can be availed can be availed at the following:

• All branches of SM Store nationwide, excluding Roxas, Tanza, Sorsogon, and Tuguegarao
• SM Store Personal Shopper

How to avail of the 0% installment via SM Store Personal Shopper:

a. Visit SM Store at thesmstore.com and choose among the items available.

b. Speak to a representative via Facebook Messenger or your favorite Personal Shopper directly to place orders. Representatives are available daily from 10AM to 7PM.

c. Personal shopper to get the following information from the customers.

• Name
• Delivery Address
• Email Address
• Telephone / Cellphone Number

d. Upon order confirmation from the personal shopper the cardholder have option to either pay via POS terminal or pay by link.

Payment via POS terminal

• Upon delivery of the item/s by SM Store Personal Shopper rider/personnel, customer will swipe his / her credit card using the POS terminal.

Payment via Pay By Link

• Personal shopper will send payment link to the email address of the cardholder.
• Choose either Metrobank 0% Installment or Metrobank 0% Installment with Shop Now, Pay Later in the payment options.
• Cardholder to send the proof of payment to the personal shopper, and wait for the item/s to be delivered.

Notes:

• SM Store Personal Shoppers will never ask for your credit card information, such as but not limited to credit card number, CVV and OTP.
• All transactions should be made via the link sent to your email address or POS terminal.
• Fulfillment of orders and delivery is subject to branch cut-off schedules. This varies per store and may change accordingly.
• Delivery or shipping fees are excluded from the computation of minimum spend.

Cardholders who met the qualified purchase at SM Store will receive an SMS with instructions on how to redeem.

To redeem:

4. Claim token code
5. Present code at any Brownies Unlimited branch

Redemption period for the free eGC is from January 10, 2023 to April 30, 2023. All unredeemed eGC code(s) will be forfeited after the expiration date indicated in the SMS.

The eGC codes cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts.

Metrobank will not accommodate cardholder in re-sending eGC codes such as, but not limited to the following reasons:

a. Due to lost, stolen, or defective mobile device; or
b. eGC code sent successfully to the principal cardholder’s registered mobile number maintained in Metrobank credit card’s database during the promo and redemption period.

Should the principal cardholder request for a change in his or her mobile number during the promo period, only succeeding eGC codes earned will be sent to the new mobile number.

Valid spend includes only 0% installment purchases at SM Store and excludes Straight Retail and Online Transactions, Cash Advances, Bills2Pay, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, Cash2Go, Payment Arrangement Transactions, finance charges, penalty fees, annual membership fees and other fees/charges.

eGC codes earned by a Supplementary cardholder from this promo will be automatically sent to the Principal cardholder’s mobile number.

Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for redemption. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant installment transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. Presumption of split transactions is having 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the program period. Should the cardholder receive the PHP 500 eGift but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the incentives due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

Full installment amount under the 0% installment and Shop Now, Pay Later program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.

All installment purchases are subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit card and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program.

All 0% installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank credit card’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance of Metrobank Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to as may be applicable in this Promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and SM Store, with the concurrence of the DTI.

In case of any dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of the DTI shall be considered final.

A minimum spend of PHP 5,000 single-receipt installment transaction at any branch of SM Store paid using any credit card of the participating banks gives the cardholder a chance to instantly win PHP 5,000 SM Gift Pass. The promo only applies to in-store transactions.

There will be a total of 240 winners nationwide, composed of thirty winners (30) per participating bank.

Promo will run from January 9 to February 28, 2023.

Redemption of prizes will be from January 9– April 30, 2023.

Upon completing the installment transaction of PHP 5,000 using a participating credit card at SM Store, the transaction receipt will generate the following coupon indicating whether or not the customer wins an instant prize.

Prize is non-convertible to cash.

How to claim the prize:

Winner must present the following documents at the Customer Service Counter of SM Store where the transaction was made. Branch Marketing Manager or Customer Service Manager must verify the winning transaction prior to awarding of prizes to the cardholder:

• Original winning transaction receipt
• Original winning charge slip
• Original winning stub
• Credit card used for the winning transaction
• Valid ID

Winner must surrender and sign the original winning stub.

The transaction receipt and winning charge slip should be marked/stamped “CLAIMED” upon release of the prize.

Cardholder can only claim his/her prize at the same branch of SM Store where transaction was made.

SM Store will not replace lost or damaged prizes caused by the winner (cardholder).

SM Store and Participating Banks reserve the right to disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as they deem appropriate.

Employees of SM Store and its accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, and their family relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.
