The Promotion is open to all Metrobank World Mastercard and Peso Platinum Mastercard cardholders in good standing only.

Qualified cardholders can enjoy 50% OFF on total food bill for dine-in, for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 5,000 at Jade Garden.

Promo period is from September 19 to October 28, 2022 only.

Other Terms and Conditions:

a. Minimum spend of PHP 5,000 net single-receipt transaction is required.

b. Promo is applicable for dine-in transaction only. Beverages and other charges are excluded from the promo and shall be charged to the account of the cardholder.

c. Cardholders are entitled to a maximum discount of PHP 5,000 per single-receipt dine-in transaction per visit.

d. Cardholders are allowed to use one (1) credit card only per day. Discount is applicable to one qualified card per transaction, per cardholder. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.

e. Promo is valid from Monday to Friday from September 19 October 28, 2022 only.

f. Promo is not available on all special and legal holidays.

g. Take-out, payments for set menus, banquet sales, private functions, parties are excluded from the promo.

h. Service charge shall be excluded from the promo. Therefore, the transaction amount which is the basis of the discount shall not include the service charge.

i. This promo is available for ala carte and food orders only. Drinks are not included in the promo.

j. Cardholder must present and use of a valid Metrobank World Mastercard or Peso Platinum Mastercard to pay for his/her bill.

k. Prior reservation is required.

All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

The Promo and discount are non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions or fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the Promo discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this Promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit card.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the Promo Period. Should a cardholder receive the discount but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the Promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Exotic Cuisine, Inc. (Jade Garden), with the concurrence of the DTI.

In case of dispute concerning Metrobank and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of the DTI shall be considered final.
