Metrobankdirect Personal system begins its shutdown on October 5, 2020

Access to the Metrobankdirect Personal system will start to be turned off for customers who have not upgraded yet to the new Metrobank Online platform beginning on October 5, 2020.

To avoid any inconvenience and interruptions to your online banking, please upgrade to the new Metrobank Online. By doing so, all your accounts, billers, and beneficiaries will be enrolled to the new platform.

To begin your move, just follow these steps:

  2. Log in using your existing Metrobankdirect Personal username and password
  3. Follow the instructions shown on the screen
