Earn raffle entries when you use your Metrobank credit card from October 20 to November 15, 2023:
Registration: Enter your mobile number at metrobankcard.mymcc.gift/ to register. Only registered users will be eligible for the raffle. Mobile number to be used for registration must be your primary mobile number encoded in Metrobank’s system. New credit card applicants or personal loans account holders must use the mobile number in their application.
Promo and registration period is from October 20 to November 15, 2023 only.
Should there be any changes in the contact details within the promo period, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to update his/her contact information in Metrobank’s database by calling the Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700, and to request for manual registration with the updated mobile number. The same applies for new cardholders that have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.
Visual Tracker/Redemption: Cardholders can check their total raffle entries at metrobankcard.mymcc.gift/ beginning October 27, 2023. Credit card purchases (retail and merchant installments) and new credit card approvals will be posted on the tracker within six (6) banking days. Raffle entries for Cash2Go, Bills2Pay, personal loans, balance transfers and transactions done via the Metrobank app will only be included in the tracker by November 24, 2023.
Raffle Draw: Raffle draw will be on November 28, 2023 and will be announced via Metrobank Card’s social media pages. Winners will be notified via SMS/e-mail, registered mail or call-out by Metrobank.
Promo is applicable to all Metrobank Peso Visa / Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa and Travel Platinum Visa cardholders in good standing. Promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, Prepaid cards and YAZZ Prepaid Visa.

Qualified cardholders may earn raffle entries through:
“Qualified Transactions” include all retail straight and merchant installment transactions such as purchases at groceries, department stores, gasoline stations, restaurants, Internet, and Mail Order/Telephone Order, foreign currency transactions, as well as Bills2Pay, Balance Transfer, Cash2Go, Personal loans transactions.
“Non-qualified Transactions” such as PayNow, Balance Conversions, mobile payments / mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions with merchant category code of 6540 (such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay) found in Metrobank’s database are excluded from this promo.
Ticket terms and conditions:
Winning cardholders forfeit the reward for not claiming and not using the tickets.
Tickets are not convertible to cash.
Cardholders are forbidden to re-sell the tickets.
Excludes other costs related to the event such as, but not limited to transportation,lodging and food.
To qualify for the promo and to ensure all transactions are considered in the raffle, a principal cardholder must have his or her mobile number updated in Metrobank’s database and is required to register by visiting metrobankcard.mymcc.gift/. Mobile number to be used for registration must be your primary mobile number encoded in Metrobank’s system. New credit card applicants or personal loans accountholders must use the mobile number in their application.
Should there be any changes in the mobile number or contact details within the promo period, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to update his or her contact information in Metrobank’s database by calling our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700.
The mobile number used by the cardholder to register will be used by Metrobank and Giftaway for matching and compiling the raffle entries. Registered mobile number would also be used for matching the complete details of the cardholder in Metrobank’s system; such as but not limited to Name, Email and mailing address where the winner’s notification will be sent. Cardholder must ensure that he/she is the primary and only owner of the mobile number registered.
The principal cardholder may register from October 20 to November 15, 2023 by visiting the registration page (metrobankcard.mymcc.gift). An SMS confirming successful registration will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile. The time of the successful registration shall be based on the time the notification SMS is sent to the principal cardholder. Credit card transactions will only be counted if the cardholder is already registered.
As a reminder, the registration page will only ask for your mobile number and the verification code sent to your mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for your card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP or other card details via links or web pages found in e-mail, SMS or phone calls.
Only principal cardholders can qualify for the raffle. Supplementary cardholders are automatically registered once the principal cardholder has successfully registered for the promo. Transaction/s made by the supplementary cardholder/s will be included in the principal cardholder’s transaction/s and raffle entries.
By completing the registration, cardholder agrees that his/her personal information will be shared, processed and/or stored by Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway, and shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy and other terms and conditions of Giftaway.
A visual transaction/s and incentive tracker metrobankcard.mymcc.gift with qualified posted transactions/s and count of raffle entries will be available to registered cardholders starting October 27, 2023. Only the principal cardholder can access the tracker, which will be updated within five (5) banking days after the transaction has been made. Only retail and merchant installment transactions and approvals of new credit cards will be visible in the tracker. Additional raffle entries for Metrobank app transactions and raffle entries for Cash2Go, Bills2Pay, personal loans, balance transfers and credit card activation will be included in the tracker by November 24, 2023.
Deadline of raffle entries is on 11:59 PM, November 15, 2023. The time stamp on Metrobank’s platform will be the basis to identify the qualified transactions.
Raffle entries earned within the promo period will be electronically generated and will automatically be included in the raffle draw. There is no cap for the amount of raffle entries a cardholder can earn.
The electronic raffle draw will take place on November 28, 2023 and will virtually be held with the presence of representatives from DTI and Metrobank. Backup winners will be drawn on the same date and will replace the winners should the winner(s) be disqualified.
The winner(s) will be notified via SMS/e-mail/registered mail and/or call-out by Metrobank. Including complete instructions on how to claim the tickets. Tickets may be claimed on December 14, 2023 at the dedicated Metrobank booth at the Philippine arena. The booth will only be open from 10:00 AM until the start of the event. The cardholders are responsible for arriving on time to claim the tickets.
Any unclaimed tickets(s) shall be forfeited to Metrobank. Metrobank will not entertain special requests for ticket pickup or delivery.

Raffle prize is not transferable, not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items/services.
The promo is subject to the terms and conditions of Cash2Go, Bills2Pay, Personal loans and the Metrobank App.
By participating in this raffle, all participants and the winner grant Metrobank exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs and videos in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, Website, or Metrobank social media pages.
Employees of Metrobank including relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are disqualified to join.
Metrobank will no longer entertain disputes and / or requests related to a cardholder’s raffle entries after the raffle draw.
A cardholder will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the prize. Any question or dispute related to cardholder’s availment of any promo shall not be a valid reason for non-payment of cardholder’s credit card bill or outstanding balance. Metrobank will not be liable for any accrued charges to cardholder’s account.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the prize but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the prize shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.
Customer who claim the prize agrees to free Metobank from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prize(s), provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the side of Metrobank. Metrobank shall not be held liable for any claim related to the raffle rewards. Consequently, Metrobank shall not entertain any request for indemnity of reimbursement accompanying such claim.
In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.
By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
