• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/ Accountancy /Banking, Commerce, Social Sciences, Engineering, Communication Arts, Mathematics and Legal Management 
• Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred

Coordinates with the architects, designers, consultants, project engineers, suppliers and contractors for the satisfactory implementation and completion of renovation/ relocation projects and repairs and maintenance works of all branches nationwide within the established parameters of quality, budget and schedule. Experience in construction management and logistics would be an advantage.
